As Online Content Manager you will be responsible for the customer experience when promoting the products within your chosen category. You will be responsible for managing the look and feel of the store, you will ensure the pages are editorially correct and adhere to site standards. You will work closely with a team of buyers and control buyers to implement promotional pages, e-mails and campaigns to grow traffic and drive sales of the department, scheduling on-site campaigns, and pulling and analyzing metrics. As Online Content Manager key responsibilities include: - Accurate data input into all site merchandising systems - Keeping a designated area of the website up to date with relevant, smart content - Managing customer e-mail programmes - Evaluating traffic and sales data to improve campaign effectiveness The successful candidate will have strong planning skills, with confidence communicating both internally and externally. Excellent written English and strong attention to detail is essential. You must also be good at thinking on your feet and be able to make smart decisions. Previous experience in a related role would be advantageous.
